Finder contact details are never revealed to the owner, and owner identity is never revealed to the finder. We coordinate the return so no one's info is exposed.
No cost to finders
Finders receive a prepaid shipping label at no charge. The owner covers return shipping and pays the reward only after their item is delivered.
No. Labels have no battery or GPS. They work when someone finds the item and scans the QR code or visits the web address printed on it — so there is nothing to charge and nothing to replace.
Yes. Every plan includes 10 labels, and labels are not sold on their own yet. Contact Sales and tell us how many items you want to label, and we will work out an option with you.
Name each label after the item when you stick it on — for example, "Radio 14 – East wing" or "Loaner helmet #7". When someone reports a find, you see that name and can confirm the return from your dashboard.
To the address on your account. If you turn on local pickup for a label, you can choose to meet the finder instead: we share your email with them, and you pay only the reward.
Your labels stay active, and finders can still scan them and report your item. We'll email you that it was found, but we can't arrange the return until you renew. Once you do, confirm the return from your dashboard.

No. Assign each label to an item in your dashboard when you stick it on. A finder can't start a return for a label that hasn't been assigned, so assign it before you rely on it.
You pay UPS or USPS Ground shipping both ways (from the finder to us, and from us to you), the reward you set, and a $9.95 handling fee. The reward and handling fee are held on your card when you confirm the item is lost and charged once it's delivered, so a card on file is required even if your reward is $0. With local pickup, you pay only the reward. Finders never pay anything.
