If you turn on local pickup for a label, you can choose to meet the finder: we share your email with them, and you pay only the reward. Otherwise we handle the return by mail and your details stay private.
No. The label shows only a QR code and web address, plus the reward you set. Finders see only the item description and any photos you choose to add — never your name, address or phone number.
Your labels stay active, and finders can still scan them and report your item. We'll email you that it was found, but we can't arrange the return until you renew. Once you do, confirm the return from your dashboard.

No. Assign each label to an item in your dashboard when you stick it on. A finder can't start a return for a label that hasn't been assigned, so assign it before you rely on it.
You pay UPS or USPS Ground shipping both ways (from the finder to us, and from us to you), the reward you set, and a $9.95 handling fee. The reward and handling fee are held on your card when you confirm the item is lost and charged once it's delivered, so a card on file is required even if your reward is $0. With local pickup, you pay only the reward. Finders never pay anything.
